One of the things I love doing is brainstorming with companies and bringing a technical slant to solving their problems. F212 has no trouble generating market-ready (and market-generating) ideas, so the playground gets to be a lot of fun very quickly. Plus, their profit-sharing model means there’s never any bullshit politicking with participants who are only there for show – everyone on the teams I spoke with were ready to throw themselves in whole-hog. Why can’t more companies be like this??
